Question: How do you stop eating a lot? (women problem)?
Well , Im 13 and yeah Ive started menstruation , and before I start my period , I eat loads and . how do i stop eating loads. because I get fat really easy. how do you think i could keep my weight down.

& I really do not understand why I keep eating loads :(

Exercise (keeps you busy and burns calories) and eating foods that are filling but healthy such as avocados and grains like Quinoa will help from overeating. Eating a lot of nutritionally empty calories is what puts the weight on the fastest. Sodas and foods with simple carbs (white rice, potatoes, breads, corn) will cause rapid weight gain for some people.

Side Note:

Most people's food addictions have to do with an emotional attachment/relationship to the foods that were originally causing the weight gain. There's also the way in which a diet is thought of...the intention is usually in order to just lose weight and not think of longer term health and general lifestyle. A successful "diet" will actually be a complete lifestyle change that addresses not only the nutritional aspects of losing weight but the emotional ones. There's also the issue of having a support network in place to keep someone accountable throughout their journey because going through any changes (positive or negative) can be very tough, if not impossible, alone.

hello, I did have an overweight problem for so long now that it seemed hopeless. I followed all kind of diet plan but nothing works. I used to be the same when i first started and it's normal.
It's just some girls have slower metabolisms so put it on easier.
When you get the urge to pig out just keep yourself busy by calling a friend or going out. That's what i did.

Make a plan, noting down what you will eat for that specific day, and make sure you do not stray from your plan otherwise its your own fault. Hope this helps.
