So 100 grams (about 3.53oz) would have 325 calories and 16 grams of fat, 9 of them being saturated.
100 grams is a HUGE piece of apple pie.
Anybody eating apple pie should not have to worry about calorie content and fat...otherwise they should not be eating apple pie but eat an apple instead.
My saturated fat daily limit is 6 to 7 grams so I’m surely not about to eat a HUGE piece of apple pie and then wonder how bad it was for me.
About 300 calories.
