I'm assuming you have a small build, like most girls at this height do. I would probably say 105-110. That's my goal weight and right now I'm 113.4, so I'm starting a diet today. 109 and below would be considered underweight, but it really doesn't look that sickly. I've been at 106 before because of a stomach virus and I liked the way I felt, which is why I want to be there again. I would aim for 110 though for you because it will make you look and feel amazing. You'll fit into size 0 or 1 jeans and it will be amazing. Trust me, I know. I'm your height and at my weight, I still fit into both sizes. With the size 1 jeans, I actually have to wear a belt sometimes.



hello, I've been having this bad eating situation for a long time. I followed all kind of diet plan but nothing works. Until a friend suggested this method, I had my doubts at first. there was a bit of improvement for the first week, but I felt great. For a 15 year old, probably around 50-70kgs, 60kgs is about normal. Sorry, I don't known pounds but this is probably about 120. In pounds.
