Question: Be honest...is this really that small of an amount for a diet (what i ate today)?
ok is this really all that small..i dont think its too much cuz im starving..but i am on a diet and thats what diets do. ok so heres what i ate

***a piece of pizza crust about 4 inches long...someone ate and then left in the fridge (i know kind of gross, but i live with my family and we breathe in eachothers germs all the time so i dont really care

***a strawberry ensure drink

***2 bites of beef enchiladas my mom made and one bite of refried beans

***one peach yogurt

***one juice box that was 250 calories..it was some weird old people juice box lol

now be honest really...is this too little food? because i shouldnt be eating that much..thats y i am here in the first place. whats your opinion?

That's not a lot of food at all. It's also not very healthy, you're not getting protein, calcium, etc.
If you want to lose weight, you should be on a healthy diet, but exercise regularly! Exercise is a big part of it. Go to your local gym, or even running up and down the stairs in your own house burns a lot of calories.

no wonder you're starving, thats not a good diet at all! you need to eat 3 proper meals a day, with a mid morning and mid afternoon snack of fruit or veg. and only drink water and herbal teas. for breakfast, try a scrambled egg on brown toast. for lunch, go for salad with some protein in it like chicken or chickpeas. for dinner, have a piece of protein like fish or lean meat and a couple servings of vegetables.
also exercise! alternate running and walking for 30 minutes a day to build your fitness up.



yeah thats too little- on diets you shouldnt be starving believe it or not. when your hungry the reason why you feel hungry is because your body thinks its starving. its slowed down its metabolism which doesnt help anyone lose weight except for water, muscle, and body tissue. which helps you in no way to get rid of fat. eat at least 1000 calories if your under 5'3 and 1200 above. if you dont exercise. i did this and lost 28 pounds. but i got lazy and...gained 12 back. it takes determination to be thin. dont give up- good luck :)



Actually I think that's a lot to have eaten before 9 o'clock. All I've had today is a yogurt and i'm not even on a diet. Think about it, if the juice box was 250 calories and you wanna be around 1200-1500 calories to lose weight in a day then you only have 1250 calories left to eat in a day, the ensure drink was probably around 300. Try eating slower then you get fuller while eating less. Drink plenty of water as well.
