Please answer! (I need to loose my belly fat)?!

Question: Please answer! (I need to loose my belly fat)?
I'm fourteen and have ocd toward pregnancy. I have this thought that always tells me I am pregnant. Since I've always had a big belly I look at it and feel pregnant(I'm not) I don't want this feeling. I need to loose some of my belly, but how? I stopped doing situps. I did 200 a day for about a month but noticed no improvement, I eat healthy, what more should/can I do? I live in the country so I can't work out and I'm kind of scared to walk because there isn't many people that live near. I need something simple I can do at home.

Well I see that you mentioned you eat well...hmm do you exercise?? DO belly crunches, that helps a lot! I had a huge belly too.

well i the thing is with sit ups you only work the top 4-6 abs, i personally do 400 crunches every other day then ill do a minute of leg lifts about 4 or 5 times. leg lifts work the both 4 abs, in reality if you work out enough you will notice that you have 4 large ab muscles in the middle then another 4, 2 on top and 2 on the bottom , they tend to be smaller and are the hardest to work on. if that doesnt work i'd also suggest losing overall body fat which is fat everywhere, try running helps alot. run like 4 or 5 miles a week and you should see results within a week

Situps only target one muscle in your belly. I did them every day for years and just looked like I had a string pulled tight around my belly. Running burns fat all around your body and puts your heart rate up. I'd do that instead, and then you'll feel better and lose a good amount of belly fat.

Sure you can work out.
Get your trainers on and go out for a jog.

First get your Mom to have you checked out by your local physician to make sure your heart is O.K. Now, One word treadmill.... start out walking (fast walk) for a 2 miles. Do this for one week - the next week start out stretching your arms and legs then do the same as the first week but alternate fast walk with slight jog for 100 feet intervals. Do this for two weeks. Then fourth week try to run as far as you can before dropping back to a fast walk; do this without raising your heart rate above maximum beats per minute for your age do this until you can run the whole time. After about a month and a half run for at least three and a half miles try to better your time as you progress. You will loose weight and get in shape. The running helps to loose weight around the middle and will help to tighten the skin around your mid section. Word have your parents to get you a good treadmill not one of the cheap ones the better ones you can program....... In about 4 months you will be surprised.......... STICK TO THE PROGRAM - THAT'S AN ORDER!

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
