Go on a walk. I do that every night after dinner and have lost 3 pounds in the 5 days I have started my diet.



you should always excercise first then eat... this opens a window and intakes nutrients to help your body out to be stronger on the next following day of your excercise... Anything with carbs isgreat after excercising if you want energy and gain muscle and eat protein after excercise to burn fat...
