Question: Do I have fat ugly legs (pics included)?
I'm a plus size girl, but I've been going to the gym for about a month now and I lost 14 pounds. I'm still trying to lose weight. I run at the gym and use the weight machines, but I'm worried that my legs are going to get really muscular and look more fat than what they already are. Do my legs look too muscular? I feel like I look like a body builder and that they look gross. What can I do at the gym so that I lose weight on my legs rather than build muscle?
Please be honest, but don't be mean :)

Wow, you're beautiful. Cardio is your best bet for slimming yourself, but don't do sprints or anything that makes you really strain yourself and out of breath because you're making your muscles swell. For lean muscle walk briskly at the same pace for 30 minutes if you can. Doing more reps of smaller weights for your legs and arms will build lean muscle as well.
Lean muscle = more reps less weight
Bulky muscle = less reps more weight

To be frank of course they are big as you said you're a large girl. They will look better when you've lost some more weight.

You could do to lose about 30lbs.



yea kinda. your about 50 pounds over weight. you should try to make goals for yourself to get thin over the summer
