Question: Help give me some enegy to workout?
Im 13 and i just went to play basketball 1 hour and a half and i ran 1 mile. My dad is taking me to the gym in a few minutes i feel tired but i need the workout.
any food thats good
any good strech
music? i dont no help me

Answers:

You don't need a workout right now. You've just done a good day of cardio, so you should rest up a bit, and eat a healthy meal with propper macronutrient ratios (protein, fat, carb percentages).
Then tomorrow you should go to the gym and do weightlifting (I assume you mean weight lifting when you go to the gym).

But if you absolutely have to work out today, then I suggest drinking a cup of coffee (the caffiene will not only wake you up, but it will increase your endurance for an upcoming workout), drink plenty of water to refuel, and get a signifigant ammount of protein in, such as a protein shake, beans, protein bar, or the like.
