Is my workout and dieting routine okay?!

Question: Is my workout and dieting routine okay?
I am 15 years old and I am maybe 6' 0" 175 lbs. I play baseball year round except in the summer where I usually do basketball or football occasionally. During baseball season I don't do too much weightlifting- maybe just 3 days out of the week- and the rest of the week just do cardio with the team. Once basketball or football starts up, my calorie intake jumps up to like 4000+ calories a day (3500 during baseball) because I do a lot more weight lifting. I lift higher weights 6 days of the week. My question is, am I getting the proper calorie intake for how much working out I do? I am at the end of my puberty and constantly do sports and 4000 seems like a lot but my trainer was talking to me about how at my age-right in the middle of puberty- and the weight and height I am at (plus all the activity I'm doing), I could easily eat 5000 calories if I wanted. I'm not too worried I just want to know if I should change something or what. My diet mainly consists of granola and yogurt, eggs, protein shakes and bars, lots of pasta- my mama being italiano :) -sandwhiches, and lots of milk and water. Mainly I want advice from people who know a lot about mens health and who are physically fit. Thorough answers would be helpful.
