Question: I wanna go on a diet...what kind should I go on?
I weigh about 124 lbs and would like to weigh 117 or under, what kind of diet would get me those results? The faster I can lose the weight the better. Also I am 5' 6 (idk if that effects it at all)

You don't really need to lose much. Just cut your portions in half and drop all drink with calories. It probably will take you a couple of weeks at most. Excercise three-five times a week. Good luck!



It's not always 'better' losing weight 'faster'. From personal experience I think it is fair to say that diets don't work unless you are 100% committed and determined to do them. I have tried a few diets in the past, including the Dukan Diet (where you eat nothing but protein - fish, eggs, chicken, low-fat yogurt, cottage cheese) and I've also tried the Alternate Day diet but although that one is easier, I've already given up on it. I have found that going to the gym everyday and burning around 200-300 calories along with a balanced diet, helps tone me up and lose weight. I feel great afterwards and find that I have so much energy.

If you do happen to find a diet, then find one that includes calorie shifting or one that doesn't end up piling the kilos back on in the end (it's worthless otherwise).
