How to exercise butt and thigh area without running.?!


Question: How to exercise butt and thigh area without running.?
I don't have much of a butt and I really want to work it out and get toned around that area. I cannot run, because of some health issues with my stomach being screwed up on the inside which makes me nauseous when i move around fast/run. I really want to run without almost throwing up after 2 min. But I cant:( I want to do some in place workouts that will be easier on my stomach and not so fast moving. I can do like squats n stuff but is there any way to get really fast results?:(

Don't use leg machines and squats. You're going to get big soccer legs. You need definition.

In the gym, use the incline leg press machine.

Dont do squats w/ much wt: too much pressure on vertebral discs & & leg joints.

It wont be fast. Start gradually, increase gradually.

If there's any pain, refrain, use your brain.

Optimize your diet.
