Well for starters, dont listen to raishel, if you stop eating your body will just go into starvation mode....and if anything you'll gain weight.
second, i know your pain,, i am a fifteen year old female and last year i was overweight, and like you i finally became sick of it. as far as a diet goes, stop drinking pop, only drink water, or atleast as often as possible. start eating smaller portion sizes and that will make a big diffrence. cut out something from your day: say if you eat a dougnut every day for breakfast, if you give that up and eat say an apple you will cut out many calories, which will eventually lead to the loss of pounds.
EXCERCISE:
the best thing to do is cardio, start by slowly jogging every other day, jog as slow and as far as you can, aim for a mile. next do thirty six lounges, and thirty six situps on the days you arent running.
this was my diet/excercise plan, and i lost a ton lol i really hope this helps. oh ansd if you arent ready to jog/run yet just do a fast walk:D

i just stoped eating..and if i did eat something it'll be late at night and i'll eat something huge and not eat till the next night..during the day i ate wheat thins and drank soBE life water or just plain water..i weighed 175 pounds and now i weigh 141...
