It's a very low calorie diet, so what will happen is you'll lose water weight as your glycogen (energy) stores are drained. This will result in rapid weight loss, which will make you think you've lost lots of weight, but when you return to a normal diet your glycogen stores will replenish, and along side it you'll gain back most of the weight you've lost in water.

So expect to see a loss of 4-8lbs, then once the diet is over a gain of 3-7lbs.

If you want to lose the weight and keep it off eat 1500 calories a day with a 40% protein, 40% fat, 20% carb split.

Underrating like that will lead to storing mode, where your body retains every gram of fat it can get because it thinks it's starving. Or you could lose muscle weight, so you would lose weight because muscle ways more than fat and your amount of fat would go up while your weight went down. You would benefit most from eating healthy foods and eating around 1500 calories, with exercise you will probably burn off 400-500 a day so its actually like eating 1000. Your weight is fine already anyways, lose anymore and your going to be underweight.

I would really avoid looking at it in terms of weight only.

Muscle weighs more than fat. so you might end up weighing the same but looking better.

So what I am trying to say, is look in the mirror and see what you want to look like.

Don't go super skinny. Please... Its not attractive at all. The exercise itself might just get you in good shape.

Im not sure how much food you should eat at that age, but my advice, dont starve yourself.

Its not good for you. Better to exercise more and get your nutrients than to end up sick.

Try doing some strength training as well. This will help you not only to keep weight off, but also be fit and healthy.
