5 Day split workout routine?!


Question: 5 Day split workout routine?
hey guys i'm looking to build a **** load of mass, what exercises should i do?

I need a mon - fri workout routine.

Example:
Mon- Chest
Tue- Triceps

etc etc

I can figure out what exercises to do, this is mostly for the mon-fri plan

mon- chest
tues- lads
wed- abs and thigh
thurs- biceps and forearms
fri- triceps



i think it is good to exercise all muscle groups with one workout routine, although you only want to do it every 2 days. not every day. if you do it every day you will tire yourself of it and want to give up but also your muscles won't grow as fast because they don't have enough recovery time. i suggest you do bicep curls, peck decks, push ups, sit ups, lateral raises, etc. i also suggest that you research each exercise for yourself so that you can do them with perfect form.



Diet pills work ok, but no real nutritional value to them and have unknown side effects depending on how long its been out on the market. That being said you might want to try supplements that have a positive nutritional impact on you body. I have been taking this supplement for a great while and let me tell you it works great. .
