Question: I hv lot of fat accumulated in my belly n thighs..?
i hv lot of fat accumulated in my belly n thighs..esp belly..i cant wear skinny tops..plz suggest me sumthing..m fed up..i wrkout daily for atleast 90min at home..but don c ne difference at al..plz help me..

The best way to cut belly fat and thigh fat is good old fashioned crunches, sit-ups, and squats. People always wants a quick fix but are almost always disappointed. If you exercise your target areas every day you WILL get results. It takes a while and it takes a little dedication but it works.

Eating well can also help you to loose weight. I lost about 15 pounds and most of it from my belly by just cutting pop (soda) out of my diet. If I exercise I'd probably be back to a flat tommy before too long.

Cut out bad foods from your diet and exercise. Things to cut...

pop, candy, baked stuff like donuts and little debbie, chips, fast food, fatty meats like pork, and anything loaded with fat and calories. Just cutting these things can help you a lot. If you combine it with exercise it will work even better.



if you stay within these 3 guidelines ,you will lose it.


1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)



you do have a problem... not just a fat belly but you can't spell either
