How do i tone my triceps in 2-3 weeks?!


Question: How do i tone my triceps in 2-3 weeks?
I weight 120 lbs, and im 5'3. My triceps aren't fat or anything, they're just lose a little, and i want to tone them up. What are some exercises that i could do?

Cable Triceps Extensions, Lying Triceps Extensions (Skull Crushers), Close-Grip Bench Presses, One-Arm Overhead Dumbell Presses, Close-Grip Push Ups



Stick with the basics,
*Hard boiled eggs:no yolk,Egg whites, Lean meats

*Stay away from starchy foods:white rice,sugary drinks,tortillas of any kind,candy

*Eat whole grains opposed to whole wheat.

*Try to eat less processed carb based foods

*Veggies are you friend

* You may want to consider doing low carb for 2 weeks can lose anywhere from 10-14 pounds if done right

you need a arm workout once - twice a week
u need to do

1.kickbacks
2. tricep extensions
3.rope pull down

for the bicep

1. bicep curls
2.sitting bicep curls
do 4 sets for each exercise 10-12 reps

join the gym



Press ups are the best option to beat the bingo's!!



Shake weight.... Use it more than recommended u will get results...
