What if you over eat on healthy food such as oatmeal, oranges, bananas, turkey sandwiches, un salted crackers. Stuff like this what would happen... because im trying to lose weight and after eating these things I get real hungry so I go grab another one. And its not thirst because I drink a lot of water each day about 6-8 cups.

You get fat.

You should limit refrined grain. Tropical fuirts can be quite surgary, so make sure you mix it up with berries every once in awhile.

Well, calories will be calories! you can eat 1000 calories worth of chocolate. Which is about 200 gram. And still loose weight! because the average body burns 1500 calories by just being alive. So that would be a 500 deficit. If you overeat on healthy foods, like 2000 calories and only burn 1700 calories, of course you would gain weight. If you're constantly hungry while you're dieting you should slowly cut down your calorie intake. If you used to eat a larger amount of calories, like 2400 calories then bounced down to 1300 then of course you would be hungry. You should slowly slowly cut down til' you get down to your calorie limit. And work your way down from there. Also, you could try drinking lots of green tea! it's very healthy and works as an appetite suppressant.

Hope I helped! :)

I really feel for you, I am exactly the same. Just a couple of days ago, I fancied some muesli, so I poured myself a small bowl and popped in some fat-free milk - I ended up eating three bowls!
I've decided that there is more than one reason why we have this addiction to food, and I'm on a journey of discovery, as this year, after 40 years of dieting, I want to throw my scales away. Please join me on my blog as I try to beat this once and for all.
Its called ' Fat People are Happy', and no, I'm not trying to sell you anything. Check the link below.

Well it is all based on how many calories you intake.
If you eat 10,000 calories of healthy or unhealthy food, it's still 10,000 calories.
The only difference is that healthy food offers nutrients with those calories which unhealthy food does not.
