fat is lost not just by ecercise but also a a healthyt diet. Notice i said healthy not strict. SO youu can eat alot as long as you're eating healthy foods. Running/any cardio vascular sport will make u lose fat fastt ESPECIALLY SWIMMING AND CROSSCOUNTRY RUNNING however results wont show ntill a month or two so ahng in there. Ppl who soley do excercise get discouraged because after running/swimmign they get hungry and end up eating back all their calories so becareful of that and DONT MALNOURISH YOURSELF either =]!
don't listen to everything you hear or in this case read from people even if you eat ALOT OF HEALTHY FOOD doesn't mean you gone loose weight try sit ups my p.e. teacher tells us dats sit ups tucks da stomach and helps back fat o and crunches and try right angle push ups to
Get a xbox and the xbox kinect. i know it may be a lot of money but its worth it.
