Working out. Trying to bulk up. Supplements?!

Question: Working out. Trying to bulk up. Supplements?
I work out and I don't use supplements. I am pretty skinny because I have a crazy metabolism. I don't really see any results. I am getting stronger, but I'm not bulking up at all. Will taking whey protein make much of a difference in helping me bulk up?

Answers:

you have to start eating more calories
try 20x your current body weight

whey protein is more for recovery and performance

Trying to lose weigh and keeping it off is a lifestyle. Why lose all that weigh just to gain it back. Keeping it of it what makes a lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle, choosing what you eat and how your body processes it is very important. Since everyones metabolism is different. If you're OVER 21, BEER! Dark beer works best. It adds a lot of calories to your diet and you don't have to spend a lot of money on shakes. If you're UNDER 21, try protein shakes/powders, eggs and ice cream.
