Exercises to lose "Thunder Thighs"?!


Question: Exercises to lose "Thunder Thighs"?
Any exercises WITHOUT equipment that I can do to lose some weight on my thighs? Can you include reps and other stuff? Thanks! :)

I' ve always had trouble with my thunder thighs too!!
However, there is no way to just loose weight from that one specific area. In fact, doing exercises that target that one specific region will only build muscle there. Building muscle will make the area look more shapely and appealing, however, it will make your legs bigger because you are expanding your muscle but not loosing any fat. The only way to shrink your thighs is to go on a diet. And, the worst part about beings like you and me, is that most people loose weight from their shoulders downward. The last place your body will take fat from is your thighs.
I personally find it difficult to loose weight in the region, it just doesn't come off as easily as my stomach fat. However, with diet and exercise, you can definitely loose the thighs. I hate going to the gym myself and I find running to be the best exercise (it also burns calories at a faster rate than weight lifting).

You can't really have a focused weight loss. The best way is to loose weight everywhere and it'll effect your thighs too. But sports like, running, badminton, treadmill, cross trainer, leg lifts should help :)



Squats and lunges, 3 sets of 20 reps each and walking for an hour a day at 3 mph while eating less fat ( 26 grams a day ) and 1200-1500 calories in 6 small meals.
