Question: During a growth spurt as a teen, is it typical for one leg to grow quicker than the other?
My left leg length has been growing a bit faster than my right, is that okay? I've been having more growing pains over there and just wondered if it will even out and if this is typical.

That is a good observation. I know that there can be differences, and that the human body is not symmetrical. However, I don't know about leg differences. For that, I would have you make an appointment with a pediatric orthopedist at a children's hospital for an evaluation.
