Ok so this isn't a question it's a piece of info in case you were wondering how to lose weight and whats the fastest way?Well the fastest way and easiest and calming way is yoga.how?Most people think that because yoga doesn't raise your heart rate that it's not exercise or they think there not that flexible and it's to hard.Yoga is not all about flexibility and brings out your flexibility that you haven't come in touch with.Yoga is probely the best way to lose wait without all the sweat and getting to tired.So if your looking for a good way to lose weight there is a easy way to lose weight and calms your nerves, hope i helped those of you looking for the answer I will put up more answer to the key of how to lose weight later on
