Is this a good workout routine?!

Question: Is this a good workout routine?
Ok, so I started doing Tae Bo about a month or two ago, and I really enjoy it. Yes, I know that mostly women do Tae Bo, but this is all I can do for the time being. I don't have time to go to the gym. Anyways, I have made a routine for myself to do a different Tae Bo workout 4 times a week.
It goes like this :
Monday : Ab Bootcamp
Tuesday : Total Body Fat Blaster (I just call this my cardio day)
Wednesday : Rest
Thursday : Basic Bootcamp (which is a little bit of everything ; biceps, abs, back, chest, etc.)
Friday : Basic Bootcamp again
Saturday : Rest
Sunday : Rest

I also go jogging almost every day. What I want to know is if this is an effective workout routine or if I should change something. And if you're wondering, I do have weights at home, which I use to build muscle for my biceps. I would use my bench press for my chest, but I literally have no room for it anywhere. That's why I do push-ups instead on my own time AND with the Basic Tae Bo. So should I stick with this routine? I really want to tone my body and gain a bit of mass. :)

Answers:

Only for women? In no way should you be apologizing. Look at the flabby dudes in the elevator / street next to you on your way to work. They should have your level of dedication. There is nothing wrong with your current routine, you work harder than 95% of the people around you. TaeBo the way I understand it is centered around core stability, cardio and overall conditioning, the foundations of a solid workout routine. If you want mass, you will need resistance. You said you have free weights, right there you have lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, military press, curls, most of the basic power moves, all without a bench. They train seriously no B.S. hard core strength and cardio for MMA with improvised equipment.
Good luck
