Question: I want to be ripped/lean and muscular. What body fat % should I strive for?
I an unathletic/out of shape , 5ft9, and weigh 145lbs. I want to be muscular but not like Schwarzenegger/Stalone or anything. I'd like to be muscular but still be energetic (I want to do Krav Maga and Parkour). Can you help me out?
