Question: Is this bad for breakfest/lunch how many calories should i eat?
i weight 340 pounds ive had 2 enchaladias there healthy btw 210 appeace =420 1 cup of dry cerial thats 100 and 1 blueberry muffin thats healthy 2 its 150 1g of fat and 3 doritos thats 24 calories so.........so about 700 calories but im sitll pretty hungry how many calories should i eat at my size i heard about 4000 idk if thats true im 6.3 age 17 wanna loose about.......80 pounds in 7 months i might go grab a hamburger or 2 is that fine

go on an Atkins and just eat healthy fat instead of saturated then eat whatever in terms of protein food and the weight literally drops like a stone WITHOUT any hunger -
your feeling hungry right now because of ALL the carbs you keep eating and that stimulates more insulin release which is also a fat storing hormone so its a vicious circle ,protein will fill you up AND burn the fat off you at the same time,good luck..

Of course it is not fine. If you want to loose some weight you should fight with you hunger and your stomach will get smaller and smaller. But if you want to be satisfied and do not be hungry just eat till you won't feel hunger.

Weight loss = calories burned is more than calories consumed. You need to do this properly. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, starch like wholegeain pasta and only a little fat and sugar, avoiding refined sugar and saturated fat the most. Exercise is also essential - even walking helps. Watchvyoyr portion size - 6 small meals throughout the say archetypes intervals is better than 3 large meals and snacking and will reduce your hunger. I would say start at 2500 a day and when you get to around 250lbs go to 1800. Hamburgers are not good. However avoiding junk food entirely often leads to binging so go for one small chocolate bar or similar a week on Friday and an unhealthy meal every fortnight or so, the rest should be healthy. Also eating out often has a lot of hidden fat and calories and also niggerbportions so leave half especially if it's bad like pizza and don't have sides dessert or high calorie drinks, having a salad to start is good and fills you up doctor eat less of the main Neal but go easy on the dressing.
