Breasts are made of connective tissue, fatty tissue and glandular tissue, according to the National Cancer Institute. Since there is no actual muscle in your breast it is impossible to increase your breast size with exercise. However, toning your chest muscles will lift your chest, giving you a natural chest lift and the appearance of a larger bust-line. Working your shoulders, upper-back and core will give you proper upright posture, which lifts your chest up, also giving it a larger appearance.
Advanced Superman

The advanced superman exercise engages the shoulders and upper-back and stretches the chest muscles. This exercise is effective at correcting forward shoulder slouch, that can contribute to your chest sinking in. When your shoulders are help upright over hips in proper posture it lifts and engages your chest muscles, which can give the appearance of a larger chest. Begin this exercise lying prone on the floor with our hands behind your head and your elbows out to the sides. Engage your entire core by pulling your bellybutton up toward your back. Inhale and lift your head off the floor, raising up as high as you can. Optimally, you should lift the top part of your chest off the floor. Hold this position for three to five seconds, exhale and release. Repeat the exercise 10 to 12 times.

Bench Press with Dumbbells

The basic bench press engages your shoulders and your entire chest. This exercise may be done with dumbbells, a barbell or small fitness balls. Begin lying supine on a flat surface, a bench is preferable for better range of motion, but the floor will also work. Hold a two to eight pound dumbbell in each hand, with our arms straight up in the air over your chest, palms facing your feet. Inhale and slowly lower your arms down toward the floor, keeping your elbows at aligned with and at shoulder level. Exhale and extend the arms back up. Repeat the movement for two sets of eight repetitions.
Plank Push-Up

The plank push-up combines the plank with a push-up and hand walking movement for an effective total upper-body workout that emphasis the chest. Begin standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, inhale and slowly bend forward hinging at the hips and rolling your head, shoulders, chest and torso toward the floor. Reach your hands forward and place them on the floor where it is comfortable for you, bend your knees to release any stress in the back of the legs or back. Slowly walk your hands forward until your torso is straight and your hands are under your shoulders. Press down into a push-up and back up to the plank pose and hold. Slowly walk your hands back up toward your feet. Repeat the exercise five to eight times.

its the upper body exercise that seems to make them bigger but it's actually the muscles behind that grow larger from exercise.
