my workout routine need help?!


Question: My workout routine need help?
ok i work my biceps out one day yes one day no so pretty much i work my biceps out on monday morning let them rest till wednesday morning is that enought rest for them or not.

48 hours is the recommended rest time for each muscle group, so basically two sleeps between each workout is what you need for your body to repair
