Jumproping a good form of exercising? ?!


Question: Jumproping a good form of exercising? ?
I really want to lose like 20 lbs. Maybe 25. & I don't want to run out in the street cuaase were I live there still snow everwhere. & I'm not old enough to join a gym(only 14 years old) sooo how often and for how long should I jumprope?
:) please help. Give me anyother source of losing fat at home.

start slow. this amazing cardio and muscle building exercise will tax you greatly at 1st. too much will cause leg cramps. very painful. if you succeed in doing this for 30 minutes a day; you will be in superb shape. quicker and faster on your feet, too. remember. start slow and easy.
