Dance & Boxercise DVDs?!
Question: Dance & Boxercise DVDs?
I want to lose my belly fat and lovehandles, tone up so I can have a flat tummy and be able to fit back comfortably into my size 10 clothes!
I'm looking to buy one or two fitness DVD's to help me get in shape.
I've looked around and there are sooo many, I just don't know which ones to go for?
I'd prefer a dance or boxercise one, but which one?
Any recommendations?
Preferably one I can do in my home with minimum equipment.
My fitness level isn't great + one that isn't too complicated or hard to get the hang of

P90X Works u can get used copies for cheaper on amazon
it does seem impossible at first but you do it at your own pace when i started i was like a level zero for working out and i thought wtf is with these people it is impossible and unrealistic but now i can do them with ease people that don't agree with the programs capabilities didn't stick with it any program takes discipline but this one is highly recommended!!!
Also Turbo Jam really works but it is definitely better for the upper body
Well, my advice is to put yourself on diet, and combine this diet with healthy lifestyle and healthy food...
About buying DVD, my advice is that there is no DVD which will make you fit, instead you can focus on regular everyday exercising and keeping the will power on good level...
Being fit is not a job, its a pleasure and pointer of normal and healthy lifestyle...
