Turkey sandwiche and banana?!

Question: Turkey sandwiche and banana?
Is turkey sandwiche on a wheat bread w/ no dressing and just a banana a healthy lunch

Answers:

Yes, make sure to take in some water while you're at it, and bam nice little snack/lunch :)

It's mostly sugar and carbs still (the worse things you can eat habitually of the protein vs fat vs carb/sugar trinity), despite the nutrients and fiber available in the whole wheat bread and banana. You need more VEGGIES and healthy, lower-sugar/carb natural fat foods (even some saturated) and less overall sugars and net-carbs in your meals.

Excessive sugar/net-carbs are what cause all fat weight gain from a dietary standpoint (along with most chronic health conditions), due to the hormones they instruct the body to produce when you pass a very modest time-sensitive threshold of intake of them. Substitute the banana for some fresh veggie choice, eat the turkey meat plain, and add some almonds or nuts instead of bread. Or, at least eat only the banana OR the whole wheat bread, but not both together in the same meal.

I'm not saying to never eat healthy grain/cereal/flour foods or whole fruits, but limit them to one serving per day each whenever possible (not in same meal either) and opt for ****more veggies*** and various healthy, natural fat nutrient-dense foods in their place, the rest of the time.

Remember that natural dietary fat (even saturated) and cholesterol intake isn't what makes you fat and unhealthy, its' the excessive sugars/net-carbs that you intake which does that, cause fat weight gain and high fat/cholesterol blood levels (heart disease) among other things.

yess!
