Question: What can I do to lose weight?
I'm 13 years old and i'm overweight. I really want to be thinner for numerous reasons. I'm 5'5'' and 180 lbs. I want some help with different work out routines I could do and diet plans for eating healthier. I don't like doing t.v. workouts like Gilad or Sharon Mann. I usually dance to music for about 45 minutes so what are some good dance moves that help burn a lot of calories? And i wanted to know how i could stay healthy because i want to lose some weight so i could look good in my graduation dress for graduation this June 2012.( I've never worn a dress before so i want this to be really special=0) Please help with whatever you know.

Because youre young, you can lose weight pretty easily. The easiest way to cut out soda and other sugary beverages. If you only drank water for a month, you would notice how that one thing would change.
