How do I stop losing weight without gaining any back?!

Question: How do I stop losing weight without gaining any back?
Alright, so I have been losing weight for about the past 6 months and I have finally reached my goal weight. I want to stop dieting but how should I go about it without gaining any back? I eat around 1300 calories a day. Should I increase my calories slowly? How much in how amount of time? And if I do gain some weight what should I do?

ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS PLEASE!

there are websites that tell you how many calories you should eat per day based on your age, weight, height, and activity level. try http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie…

if you eat this number of calories per day, then you should maintain your weight.

good luck! :)

Increase your calories to whatever your maintenance range would be. Here's a website with a formula:

(You'll need to know your BMR as well, but it has a calculation for that too.)

You can increase gradually if you want, it doesn't really matter. If you gain a pound or two, it doesn't matter either. You won't notice.
