Question: I am usually always tired...should i start drinking coffee?
i usually would never go near coffee or anything, but now i am rethinking it. sometimes, i use all my energy at the gym at at school, and i don't have any energy to hang out with friends! is there anything esle i can do besides coffee? will coffee hurt me in the long run?

Answers:

Studies show that coffee works for athletes that don't normally drink coffee. In other words, it only helps if you haven't had any in about a week. Otherwise you'll just get a little energy, then you'll lose even more.

If you're exercising well and still are tired, you may need more sleep. If you think you're getting enough sleep, you may not be getting good sleep. Make sure your sleep area is dark and quiet. It also helps to get up at the same time every day.

Of course, a little nap during the day helps too. It's proven.

If you're exercising, eating well, and getting good sleep, consider if you may be depressed.

Best of luck to you.

Get enough sleep and fresh air, check your diet, are you low on fuel or too much sugar?
Try a caffeine drink for once too see. it will not restore your body but may lighten up your brain for a short while.
And we are all different. You may need more sleep than others. You may be a little out of shape?
You may have to listen to your body telling you to slow down.
Its hard to say. Hope this will help your thoughts finding out.

No, if you are always tired, you need to see a doctor, eat healthier and get more sleep. Coffee might make you jittery, but it won't help with chronic fatigue.

problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. Get tested.
