Question: How can a 13 year old girl lose weight!?
i really want to lose like 10 pounds. i am not overweight but i just still want to lose 10 pounds to look better. how can i do this?

eat 1200 calories a day with lots of fruits and veggies.

drink atleast 8 glasses of water.

do 100 situps and 50 pushups every day.

run for a half hour every day.
