I need to decrease body fat percentage?!


Question: I need to decrease body fat percentage?
Hey,
My body fat percentage is 13.4%. I DO NOT HAVE A SIX PACK. I really want one because everybody on my basketball team has one and sometimes we go shirts and skins and it would be embarrasing to be the only one without a six pack. I am lifting starting tuesday for half an hour. my coach is making me lift so maybe that would decrease my body fat. Also, how much would i have to run a day to decrease it? How is a mile a day, lifting for half an hour, and doing sit ups and crunches 4 days a week. Can someone give me a diet plan and a workout schedule for me to get six pack abs asap. Thanks

Doing strength training is great if you want to get a six pack. Just do some research of specific strength training workouts that would suit you. Vegetables are your best friend. (Broccoli, green beans, spinach, etc.)
