Question: Will I Gain Weight If I Do All This?
Will I gain weight if I dance for 30 min., do dance aerobic workouts for 30 min., and hula hoop with the weighted hoop for 30 min..everyday. (all This should be about 400 calories burned) And I eat all I want (maybe a lot--mostly healthy weight gaining food--about 2,500 calories) Will I gain weight? I'm 13, 5'3, and about 100 pounds.

And If I do how much do you think I will gain in 8 months?

Answers:

I think you burn more than 400 calories in those activities. Maybe not but I don't think you'll gain weight from that.
