Fruit, my height and weight, confused amount?!

Question: Fruit, my height and weight, confused amount?
hi, im a 17 (18 in just under 2months) year old student about to start at the gym after some football injuries. It got me thinking about my diet which to be honest ive always thought was stupid, i mean how can you know how many portions you should have when your different sizes.

Im 6ft4 and still growing, i weigh (not sure if they're entirely accurate) from 13.5-14.5 stone depending on which i use. I have a little bit of fat on my belly which has come since my football injuries but tensing my muscles it all goes away. (sorry but i have no idea what information is going to help when considering changing my diet).

ive gone on bbc and calculated that im between about 22.55-24.26.

How many portions of fruit and veg per day should i be eating when doing about 2-3hours in the gym each week and 2 hours of football?

Ty for helping

At 14 - 15 stones you need to consume about 2000-2100 calories per day based on your activities.

Each fruit has a different calorie count, however the rule of thumb is an average of 100 calories per fruit - orange, apple, pear, peach so eat about 3 fruits a day

Veggies also vary in calories but based on mixed veggies the average is about 60 calories per cup (carrots, corn, peas, beans) so you can have as many as 6 cups of veggies a day. The rest of your calories should come from starches (bread, potato etc) and animal proteins (beef, chicken, fish)
