Question: I need some help with weight loss.?
I go to the gym 3 times a week. I do 3 miles on a cardio machine in under 30 minutes. I also lift a total of 8,500 pounds every time. And once a week, I swim for about 20 minutes. I want to be down 45 pounds by the end of May. Any suggestions on food and fast calorie burners.

Hey Abby - Whew! You are committed to staying in shape. I applaud you! Myself, I am a 'bottom liner' - I want the shortest distance to my goal. In this case Weight Loss. I just started using HCG this week and lost 6 pounds in 4 days. I feel great and am very clear. I have friends in different parts of the country also using it (both short and long term) with GREAT results. In all, I have heard of about a dozen women using it with the same success results. There are different companies selling it and the protocol can vary as to what foods are listed. I tried different combos than the listed foods and did my own daily testing and lost the weight regardless. You know the old joke - "I can stop ______ anytime I want - I've done it hundreds of times"? Well, that's me. I was all set to attempt this years Wt Ls adventure when my good friend told me of her crowds great results and so far so good. I am doing three weeks - testing my own system within it - and will post the results here, I guess. Never done this before and don't really know how it works . . .I don't believe in accidents though, so when I finished creating an account your question was the first one I saw..
