does p90x insane work??????!

I'm not sure I understand your question, but Beachbody has two popular programs which you might be confusing. There is P90X and there is Insanity.

I have done them both. They are both hard, but different. Even though I had a couple years of P90X under my belt, I found Insanity a bit harder.

Insanity is all high impact, high intensity cardio. I like that P90X includes many different facets, from strength training, plyometrics, yoga, etc... I feel it's a more all around fitness program, plus I wouldn't recommend doing back to back cycles of Insanity, whereas with P90X that's totally fine. Lastly, I feel P90X is easier to modify based on your current fitness level.

If you do the workouts six days a week and closely follow their nutrition guidelines, either will give you solid results.
