Question: Did I ate pretty good today so far? (Trying to lose weight)?
Around 400 calorie - Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal WITH milk
100 calories - Yoplait Light Yogurt
70 Calories - 1 Egg
2 Whole grain bread - 90 calories
20 calories - Spinach
150 calories - Sardines Fish

Cardio workout for around 40 minutes - 1 hour.

Answers:

you need more fruits and veggies, carbs, protein fats...everything!
but if your going to eat more than eat some more of those food groups.

the sardienes are sodium loaded if canned or marinated.
and dont eat egg yolks..instead have 2 egg whites. the yolk is all fat and choresteral.
oh and what type of milk counts! whole milk is terrrible!



if this is all you ate today, this is not good, you need a lot more calories and nutrients. more protein carbs fruits veggies dairy, all of that. if this is just what you ate for breakfast, its pretty good, watch out for flavored yogurt tho, can be loaded with sugar, and food that have fake sugar in it is far worse for you than real sugar.



yeah it sounds pretty good to me!the fish has protein which is great, and of course if you're drinking water with your meals you should also be fine
