Question: Did I eat good today?
Breakfast-
6:58 AM
cup of special k strawberry cereal with skim milk

Lunch-
12:30 PM
1 green apple and 2 in a half rice cakes

Dinner-
5:00 PM
bowl of plain soup
chicken breasts
cooked peppers

I'm a 15 year old girl trying to lose some weight so did I eat good?
if not what should I cut out or add? thanks!

You need to add some protein in on your lunch.

Do you like oatmeal ? it'd be a much better choice for breakfast, it will keep you feeling full all day, it's good for you in so many ways, including mentally.

The special K, turns to pure sugar once inside you, the skim milk adds lactose ( another sugar) but does have a slight benefit of good calories. When you eat something that so quickly turns to sugar, it will mess with your blood sugar levels, and make dieting hard to do. Or another alternative is a bananna.

I'm hoping cooked peppers aren't the only vegetable you eat ? Get some veggies in as a snack at least once a day, and have two vegetables with dinner.

Your doing good, but your being a little too strict, and need to understand that dieting is more then just counting calories. Find some sort of exercising, even walking, and keep it enjoyable, it will lead to great things!



Yum yum. That sounds good. You did alright. Make sure you drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated. If you don't, your hair and skin will become problematic.
