(VERY IMPORTANT)can i lose an inch off my inner thighs in 12 weeks?!?!

Question: (VERY IMPORTANT)can i lose an inch off my inner thighs in 12 weeks?!?
so im nearly 14 now (turning in march) and im 157cm and about 96-100 pounds. i think i have a small frame which explains that its not very overweight. i have a pretty small waist but huge thighs and pretty much thick legs and i was wondering how i might be able to lose at least 3 pounds off my inner thighs. oh and its really embarrassing for me to wear swimming suits cuz of my big and slightly sagging butt and by huge inner thighs that keep rubbing against each other and gets kinda itchy. and plus how i look funny cuz its thin on top and then big on the bottom. please help!!

The other answer I hope was a joke. Don't just eat jello! That's not balanced or healthy.

Walking and Pilate's are my suggestions for you to help with your problem.

And another thing it may be all in your head.....it's seems to be a girl thing. It doesn't matter how thin we are, we still think we look fat occasionally.
You're just about 5 foot 2 inches; like you said, your weight seems right.

Eat nothing but Jello. John Malkovich did it when he was 16. "When he was 16, he decided to get his excessive weight under control and lost 70 pounds by eating nothing but Jell-O for two months."

Measure the circumferences of the left thigh and the right thigh to have a baseline. Then, for exercise, do leg lifts from lying on your side and stacking your legs. When lifting the top leg, really think about contracting the thigh area. You only need to lift a few inches. Do a set. Then, lift the bottom leg. This requires contracting the adductor (inner thigh) and lift with the power of that area. Do a set of that. Then, turn and do the other side. Do three sets of ten to 25 on each side. For the buttocks, do squats without a weight low. Then, when fit, use a weight in your hands. Sit on the wall with thighs parallel. Keeping legs together, sit for 90 seconds. Rest, repeat, but with legs spread apart. Again, hold for 90 seconds. Do that twice a day. Join a YMCA, and swim every day. Enoy your youth, rather than worry about something that is perfectly normal. If you study ballet, that is another story. Study ice skating, you will develop very strong legs. Nothing worth while comes without hard work, except for trust funds.
