Question: Can someone explain a good way to loose belly fat I am confused low carbs , no carbs?
I am 38 and lift weights 3-4 times a week my arms and my chest are great looking but then me belly its not huge but I want a six pack again. can I get one. my doctor put me on test and I like it is the answer maybe to cycle more test?

You need carbs to keep your brain functioning and for energy. Theirs two different kinds of carbs, Simple carbs (example- sugar, candy, chocolate, poptarts, etc) and Complex carbs (example- vegetables, fruits, etc) You should avoid simple carbs.
