That all depends on what's on the pizza.
If you use whole wheat bread, low fat cheeses, and cut out greasy meats pizza can be fairly healthy.



That would depend on the type of pizza...

There is a world of difference between a fatty stuffed crust meat feast with extra cheese and a traditional thin Italian base, no cheese with a healthy vegetarian topping...



Not that bad if you ecxercise once a week (jogging, weight lifting) or if you just eat healthy the rest of the week

I eat alot of food
