Weight???????????????!


Question: Weight???????????????
Okay so I have this scale that tells me my NMR, water weight, and how many pounds of fat in my body. So I'm 13 and 5'0" and I weigh 100 pounds. When I step on the scale it tells me that I have 9.4 pounds of body fat in my body, but if I loose that much weight than I'll be underweight. So do I have to build muscle or should I just lose 9.4 pounds?

Build muscle. You don't need to lose weight.

Building muscle is healthier. You're also still very young and your body is still maturing. Please be patient.



At 13 forget about losing weight. 9.4 is great. When you are 30, you would love to be 9.4. And that maybe too small
