Is this a good ab daily ab workout.?!


Question: Is this a good ab daily ab workout.?
25 right obliques
25 left obliques
100 bicycles (50 going to each side. totaling to 100)
100 ab machine (i have an ab workout machine that i have about 100 pounds on it that i use for upper abs)
50 crunches
50 crunches (assisted) with a little crunch bar on the ground
50 double crunches (bringing your knees and elbows together.
50 leg lifts (laying down bringing my legs up w/o bending legs)
50 leg curls (laying down bring my knees to my chest)

Is this a good workout to do daily to get abs.?

If you can do all that than you are a monster.

But one thing that people don't know is that doing these ab exercises will make their stomach muscles stronger, but it won't give them the 6 pack look.

You get the 6 pack look mostly by losing enough body fat. So you need to lose weight overall bro.

But nice ab workout tho!



Damn. After a couple of days, your body will be totally exhausted.

This works better:

Lie on your kitchen floor.
Knees up.
Feet on the floor.
Put your feet up under the bottom of the kitchen cabinet.
Cross your arms across your upper chest.
Raise your upper back 1/4 of the way off the floor.
HOLD your back in the air for up to 20 seconds.
FEEL your abs shake.
Do this exercise every other day.

Don't go up higher than 1/4 of the way up.
If you do, your abs stop shaking.
That is because your sides and back muscles are holding you up.

Don't put your hands behind your head.
If you do, you are pulling yourself up with your hands.

Don't use weights when doing abs. Weights makes your stomach bigger.

There is an awful lot there, you do not need to do that much. If you want a six pack your diet needs to be good for a start, protein and veg with no processed rubbish. For your ab workout you need some stabilization work, with little to no crunches. This workout is very effective and you will really feel a burn, while building up the strength in your core
