Is this a good cardio workout?!


Question: Is this a good cardio workout?
Will this help burn quite a bit of fat? Is this enough or should I add more?
2 miles on the elliptical in I think it was 23 minutes
2 miles on the treadmill in 23 minutes
6 miles on the bike in around 23 minutes
(I really don't know why they all end up at 23! Haha!)

Is this a good cardio 3 times a week or should I add more to it? If this means anything, I do this 3 times a week and lift 3 times a week (days when i lift, i still run 1-1.5 miles and bike a bit) then on sunday just play basketball or racquetball. Is this a good workout schedule?any changes? Am I burning enough fat? I'm 16, 235 lbs and want to be around 200 by June 1st

I Changed up my diet a while back and have been sticking to it and dry sauna for about 20 minutes after each workout with a sweatshirt on, and I drink a TON of water

Of course, but have you tried doing some weight training the rest of the days that you don't do cardio? You can do pilates/yoga, or just plain weight training with different weights.

It helps with burning fat and gaining muscle. You'll gain fat and muscle with cardio, so do both cardio and weight training.
