Exercise and eat healthy!

Start with the sit-ups or crunches with maybe ten of them and then add one every day until you reach 50. Do the same with the push-ups. Jumping jacks are great too—start with fifteen and add one a day until you reach 50 or 50. Always start off slow and build your way up. Never over-do it the first day. Once Spring rolls around, riding a bike is great exercise.

For eating healthy, watch what you eat. Even the smallest things can have a bunch of calories in them. For example, coffee and ice-cream. Two good alternatives to those are bubble-tea and frozen yogurt. Drinking 2% milk instead of the other is good too. Drink lots of water, as you already know. I learned this in my psychology class; one way to eat less is to cut your food down into small pieces. The more you swallow, the faster you get full because our swallow center in our bodies keep track of how many times we swallow. Eat until you're full.

Make movies in your imagination about why you want to lose weight? Be more attractive? Fit into smaller pants? Be more athletic?

You have to be motivated by thinking about what you could do about your future and what you believe about your potential.

When you get the motivation, and you feel like you have to lose weight for real, then you won't be asking "how do I lose weight"



Too quick weight loss is not healthy, and great chances (around 90%) that you will rebound to the original (or more) weight. Start changing eating habits in small, gradual steps. And start do exercises.
