what is the easiest way to lose weight when your 13?!


Question: What is the easiest way to lose weight when your 13?
I don't want answers like eat healthy.. i've tried many times.
im 5'8 and maybe 180 pounds.
i wear an xL in shirts and i want to be able to wear abercrombie and fitch, Holister and stuff like that.
Reallyy thought out answers are greatly appreciated.. (:

I know how you feel, I used to be overweight. I always wanted to just fit in designer clothes, and wear what my friends were wearing.
The easiest way to lose weight is basically eat healthy and exercise.
Firstly, eat in small portions. Have a good balance of everything. I'd say low on the carbs and fat though. That's the main priority.
DON'T think of it as a diet. Think of it as a life style. This will help you to stay on track.
And as for the exercise, do anything at all. Go jogging, go to the gym, do a round of jumping jacks, squats or running on the spot for a period of time.
Losing weight is very hard, and it's tough to stick to. So write everything down in a journal or diary. Write your starting weight, and the weight you want to achieve. Write down everything you eat, and maybe colour things in. Colour in what was healthy and what wasn't as such and aim to do better the next day.
And finally. I cannot emphasise this enough, drink plenty of water. This will flush out your body of all the bad things, and make your skin glow. :D

I know you don't want to hear this, but you HAVE to eat healthy. No candy, cakes, cookies, pizza, burgers, that stuff. Eat 5-6 meals throughtout the day 2-3 hours apart.

I would recommend you doing some bodyweight exercises to build some muscle to burn the fat off.
Also, you should do HIIT(high intensity interval training) to really get in shape MUCH faster.

I know this sounds like a lot but i cut 5pounds when i was 13 and built a **** load of muscle. And i am very glad i started exercising and eating right.

You rally do need to eat healthy. Even if you tried many times doesnt mean it doesnt work. It called diet and excercise
