Question: How to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks as a teenager?
So I'm a Teen and I was wondering how I could loose a bit of weight in my legs fast? like in around 2 weeks?
Please help I need tips and advice!

10 pounds in 2 weeks? That's not possible.
It takes time and patience.
But if you wanna lose weight, you should start eating healthy, (Veggies, fruits, oatmeal, fish), and workout a lot (Cardio workouts like jogging/running).

You cannot lose weight in one specific part of your body.

You cannot lose ten pounds in two weeks. Safe weight loss is about one pound a week.

Instead of setting an unrealistic goal like that, start eating a balanced, healthy diet and exercising.



1 pound = 3500 calories

So you would need to cut off a lot of calories and exercise a lot to lose that amount of weight. I suggest no soda for a while and doing squats during television commercial breaks.



do dieting. never have a fatty foods or never do crash dieting coz this helps to increase fats. and do hard exercise everyday for about 1 hour.



best thing to do is dont eat fatty foods and go running for an hour every day.
